We provide advice and a comprehensive vaccination service for travellers abroad. The practice is an authorised Yellow Fever vaccination centre. If you are going abroad please arrange to see the Practice Nurse well in advance, because certain vaccinations need to be given several weeks apart to provide maximum cover against infection.
If possible, make your enquiries at least 2 months in advance and book an appointment with a practice nurse at least four weeks in advance of date of travel. Charges may apply to some travel vaccinations, whilst others are provided free by the NHS
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
