Examinations for special purposes, e.g. elderly drivers, sports medicals, HGV and PSV licence medicals etc. are arranged by appointment. As they are not covered by the NHS fees will be payable. These examinations may be subject to delay during busy periods.

Fees apply for the completion of forms and medical reports by your doctor and for the issue of some medical certificates. Please ask for further details when necessary.

Please note: this type of work does not fall under surgery contract work and priority cannot be given to administration work of this nature. An approximate turn around time for the completion of forms and reports by our doctors is 2-4 weeks.
