The practice will now be sending appointment reminders and other communications via SMS text message. We therefore ask that all patients keep the practice updated with their mobile phone number.
If you prefer not to receive communications via text please let the practice know and we can update your records
Call Recording
We record all calls, these records are held on a dedicated and secure PC located within the practice and are only accessed by authorised staff where there are concerns about a call e.g. for the purposes of training, complaints review process and where threats have been received.
They may be shared with indemnity providers where the content relates to a clinical complaint or with the police in the event of an extreme threat.
